GPD WIN Max 2 2023 intel or AMD or another 2023 PC handheld

I currently have a GPD win max 2021 Intel version but i want to upgrade to the 2023 version but i don't know which one i need to choose. The 2021 intel version have disappoint me on many PC games and RPCS3 emulator.
The positief side for me that GPW win max 2 2023 is the 10 inch screen and i like that have a keyboard that it can be use like a portable Pc. Other than that i need some advice on the performance on gaming en emulation.

I would prefer a ROG Ally than other windows handheld device. However, if you really want a win max 2, then AMD version is the only choice you should really have.

ps: I am a fan of steamdeck.
