I will change the code in the next release to allow a value of "0" to ignore those values instead of forcing them, and if they are missing from the config then no defaults will be enforced. Thanks for the feedback!

I've identified the cause of my issue.“GuaranteedLegendary” forced all drop sources—including monster loot—to yield only legendary items. This resulted in my level 1 character dropping Soul Shards exclusively. After disabling that and also turning off the loot_modifiers, everything returned to normal.

Excellent! Still, it might be forcing ILevel 70 and GR150 loot tables. I have implemented a fix but it will ship in the next release. Make sure to Star and Watch my repo
